The foundation of the Tea Bagh Farm was laid in 1954 by Mr. Abbas Rezaei. With the dedication and hard work of more than 150 honorable rural women and men, this farm became one of the first gardens in western Gilan to cultivate tea and rice.
The current tea house building was originally constructed in 1991 as a place for workers to dine and rest. In 2020, following the renovation of the old structure, it was transformed into the tea house you see today—now a welcoming place that brings us together with you.
In the sweet Gilaki language, “Ti-Bagh” means “your garden,” and in Latin, it means “tea garden.”
With over 70 years of experience in cultivating Iranian tea and rice, Ti-Bagh has always strived to deliver high-quality products from the farm to your teacup. Ti-Bagh Lodge is a home away from home—yet just like your own home, its doors are open to you in every season.
Ti-Bagh Lodge features a two-story building with 8 rooms and a 100-square-meter suite. The name of this lodge comes from the Gilaki word “Ti,” meaning “you” (“your garden”), and also refers to “tea” in English (“tea garden”). With panoramic views of magnificent tea plantations and rice paddies, the lodge offers a peaceful haven where guests can enjoy relaxing and memorable moments.
