At T-Bagh, our goal is to create a calm, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. The following rules have been established to maintain order and comfort for everyone, ensuring that every stay is a pleasant and respectful experience.
Guest check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM to allow the facility time to prepare the rooms.
If early check-in or late check-out is needed, please coordinate in advance.
Maintaining quiet after 11:00 PM is mandatory to respect other guests.
The use of speakers, loud music, or gatherings in the hallways is not allowed.
Smoking cigarettes and hookah is prohibited in indoor areas, the restaurant, and the lobby.
If desired, designated outdoor areas are provided for this purpose.
Guests must follow all established safety rules.
Always maintain cleanliness and use the restrooms and showers properly.
The stay of outside guests in a room is only allowed with the knowledge and approval of the facility.
Any additional guest will incur an extra charge.
Full payment for the reservation is required.
If the reservation is canceled up to 48 hours before the check-in date, 50% of the payment will be refunde

T-Bagh has special rules that guests must be familiar with:
Keep shared spaces such as the garden, restaurant, and lobby clean.
Avoid bringing food and drinks into the rooms (except drinking water).
Use water, electricity, and natural resources carefully.
Protect the natural environment of the facility and avoid cutting or damaging the plants.
The use of personal identification items is allowed. Children must be accompanied by adults.
Entry with formal swimwear coverings is prohibited.
The restaurant is open from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
Orders must be placed at least 60 minutes in advance.
Dinner orders must be placed by 9:30 PM.
The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
The gym and yoga hall are available free of charge.

A reservation is confirmed once the full deposit has been paid.
Group reservations (10 people or more) are available with a 20% discount.
Long-term stays (28 nights or more) are available with a 15% discount.
Cancellation up to 48 hours before: 50% refund
Cancellation up to 24 hours before: 25% refund
Cancellation less than 24 hours before: no refund
Date changes are allowed up to 7 days before check-in without any penalty.
Changes after this period are subject to room availability.
The summer months are peak season, and rates are higher.
Reservations during peak season require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Large groups must book at least 15 days in advance.
